We have recently been made aware of individuals and companies falsely claiming to represent our business.

If the person contacting you is not from one of the companies listed above, they are not connected to us.

🚫 False Claims Being Used by Impersonators

Some callers have been falsely stating:

  • “We need to re-issue your certificate.”
  • “Your installation is no longer valid.”
  • “The company has gone bust.”
  • “We are the new owners or a sister company.”
  • “Your surveyor works for multiple companies.”
  • “We need to verify or validate your warranty.”

These statements are untrue. They have even been using similar logos!!

✅ Important Clarification

  • Our surveyors only work for our group companies.
  • Your installation and warranty remain valid, where applicable.
  • We do not outsource warranty checks or revisit appointments to third parties.
  • If you are ever unsure, contact us directly.
