Very high quality work, went above and beyond.

My main concern was kitchen on SW wall. It was completely removed & treated. Unfortunately it revealed the poor condition of the rough-cast. You can't make a 'silk-purse out of a pigs ear'. Result beyond my expectation. Jay was very helpful & understanding. Well done!!

Jay had to work incredibly hard in the ridiculous heat. Initial review was disappointing as the previous cleaners hadn't performed however good to know it is a proper job.

Connor & Ben were excellent. Polite, personable & prompt. The work was done diligently with explanations of the process for everything they did. I cannot speak too highly of them & would recommend the at all levels. They showed pride in their work & the products being used. The site was clean & tidy when they left on both evenings & when the job was finished. They are a credit to Universal Eco Homes. If only everyone showed the same level of customer service it would be a pleasure to have work done. As an aside, my next door neighbour popped round at the end of the 1st day & asked what was being done - said 'The chaps are good, I like their work ethic" that was completely unsolicited & independent observation of which Connor & Ben can be rightly proud.

Generally very polite and helpful. Went above and beyond by fitting a missing tile they spotted before starting the clean. While the job did get re-arranged once and the crew showed up later than planned on the second day I was informed quickly and the delay was unavoidable. Overall happy with the work done and the crew/service. Thanks!

We have just had work completed on our house by Universal Eco Homes, The workmen, Dave & Marius, worked really hard. They lost half a day having to go off & collect scaffolding, but made up the time, doing a very good job all round. They were polite, explained everything to us, respected our property & left everywhere clean & tidy. Would thoroughly recommend.

From first contact with salesman, then liaison with office staff, through to the two (Dave and Marius) who carried out the work of cleaning down the roof and applying the colour coating, we were struck by the highest levels of care and professionalism. No hard sell, excellent liaison with office staff throughout and highest levels of workmanship from the workmen who obviously took a real pride in their work. Edward and Gary were a pleasure to have working in and around our home. Nothing was too much trouble. They worked quietly and efficiently, explained what needed doing and what they had done. All outstanding. Surfaces left as clean as possible.
