My main concern was kitchen on SW wall. It was completely removed & treated. Unfortunately it revealed the poor condition of the rough-cast. You can't make a 'silk-purse out of a pigs ear'. Result beyond my expectation. Jay was very helpful & understanding. Well done!!

The site was clean & tidy when they left on both evenings & when the job was finished. They are a credit to Universal Eco Homes. If only everyone showed the same level of customer service it would be a pleasure to have work done. As an aside, my next door neighbour popped round at the end of the 1st day & asked what was being done - said 'The chaps are good, I like their work ethic" that was completely unsolicited & independent observation of which Connor & Ben can be rightly proud.

While the job did get re-arranged once and the crew showed up later than planned on the second day I was informed quickly and the delay was unavoidable. We have just had work completed on our house by Universal Eco Homes, The workmen, Dave & Marius, worked really hard. They lost half a day having  to go off & collect scaffolding, but made up the time, doing a very good job all round. From first contact with salesman, then liaison with office staff, through to the two (Dave and Marius) who carried out the work of cleaning down the roof and applying the colour coating, we were struck by the highest levels of care and professionalism. No hard sell, excellent liaison with office staff throughout and highest levels of workmanship from the workmen who obviously took a real pride in their work.
