Masonry Crème chemically bonds to the surface and penetrates up to 17mm deep as an insulation barrier. It can be applied to a range of surfaces such as brick, stone, concrete and sandstone, and is verified by the Energy Savings Trust. Like all ProPerla products, it is highly breathable (does not trap moisture inside of a home that would otherwise cause damp).
A flagship product, it also helps to preserve your walls as well as keep them clean via the Lotus Effect, preventing growths such as algae on your home. Testing has found this product reduces water absorption by 96.3%.
Unlike other ProPerla products which can be sourced generally in the trades, Masonry Crème has to be applied by an approved installer that has undergone rigorous training. Finally, it has the highest warranty length of ProPerla’s products.

Water Repellent

This product is used on roof materials and can be applied to clay, concrete, terracotta, natural stone, slate, fibre cement, and more. It’s super hydrophobic, forcing water to run down the roof. Unlike other roof sealers, this product is also highly breathable and prevent moisture and damp from building within the top of your home. The coating also creates a self-cleaning surface!
The Water Repellent is a great coating to get for saving money, preserving your home, and helping it to maintain a stylish shiny look.
Facade
Used on: External walls

The ProPerla facade coating is used on mineral materials and features an advanced life expectancy of 25 years alongside its warranty. Like Masonry Crème, it reduces water absorption by 96%. A key feature is that it also offers a range of colour-coating options!
