When we got to the location, the team had to take a moment to take in the stunning landscape. The house was built on a large property, complete with a lush garden and a beautiful patio. But the roof was discoloured due to weather effects over the years.

Once the first part of the roof cleaning and coating project was done, it was time to get rid of the growth once and for all. For this next step, the team used our proprietary biodegradable biocide solution. This step takes care of any residual moss or algae that didn’t get cleaned during the softwash.
What made this step challenging was the stunning garden around the property. We paid extra attention to ensure the biocide solution was strictly contained on the roof.
