Some callers have been falsely stating:

  • “We need to re-issue your certificate.”
  • “Your installation is no longer valid.”
  • “The company has gone bust.”
  • “We are the new owners or a sister company.”
  • “Your surveyor works for multiple companies.”
  • “We need to verify or validate your warranty.”

These statements are untrue. They have even been using similar logos!!

  • Our surveyors only work for our group companies.
  • Your installation and warranty remain valid, where applicable.
  • We do not outsource warranty checks or revisit appointments to third parties.
  • If you are ever unsure, contact us directly.
