Universal Eco Homes was the brainchild of Joe Law, whose passion for excellence in wall and roof cleaning and coatings inspired him to create a company that would set new standards in the industry.
With a strong vision to create a wall/roof coating and roof cleaning company that was dedicated to delivering honest, high-quality work, Joe laid the foundations for what would become Universal Eco Homes. Later, his father, Chris Law, joined the business. Chris brought decades of industry experience, and together they have built a family-run company grounded in trust, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
However, the family connection doesn’t end with Chris and Joe. Chris’s wife (and Joe’s mum), Sammy, joined the company shortly after, followed by Joe’s fiance, Jena. So, when we say we’re a genuine family-run business, we mean it!
Even though the team has grown significantly from those early days when it was just Joe and Chris, that family touch has always remained. Every home we work on is treated like our own home.
It’s this mix of the highest level of professionalism and excellence on every job, coupled with our genuine devotion to customer care before, during and after a project, that has led Universal Eco Homes to become the most reputable and trustworthy wall/roof coating and roof cleaning company in the area.
Our journey towards being recognised as the best wall/roof coating and roof cleaning company in the business began on our very first day. We set out with the target that every single customer would be blown away by our level of customer service, workmanship and aftercare.
It was this commitment to excellence that led to our partnership with ProPERLA, which designs and manufactures the highest quality wall and roof coatings. ProPERLA doesn’t just create the highest quality wall and roof cleaning and coatings, they only allow the best wall/roof coating and roof cleaning companies to apply their products.
To become an ‘Approved Applicator’ of ProPERLA, a wall/roof coating and roof cleaning company has to demonstrate that they have attained the high level of quality ProPERLA demands from every project. Comprehensive photos of the project, before, during and after completion are sent to the ProPERLA team, who analyse each project. Failure to meet their high standards will lead to a company being ‘blacklisted’ by ProPERLA, and unable to use their products ever again.
Universal Eco Homes are extremely proud to not only have attained the level of ‘Applicator’, but we are now one of the select few ProPERLA Platinum Approved Applicators in the whole of the UK, which we believe is testament enough to our continued commitment to excellence on every project.
Our continued success as a leading wall/roof coating and roof cleaning company has led to the opening of two branches, one in Colchester, Essex, and one in Manchester. This allows our multiple teams to cover the entirety of both England and Wales, so no matter where you live, from Newquay to Newcastle, you can benefit from the Universal Eco Homes touch.
We have recently opened a branch in Malaga, Spain, that serves the entire Costa del Sol, plus our Irish branch in beautiful Cork, where we are the ONLY ProPERLA Approved Platinum Applicators in the whole of Ireland.
We are extremely proud to have grown our brand from its humble beginnings to now operate in 3 different countries, from Marbella to Mallow to Mansfield. Quite a journey eh? And it doesn’t end here.
